THE HISTORICAL VILLA, A 19TH CENTURY GEM
In Weddings, the venue is one of the fundamental elements for experiencing an event full of emotions. On the one hand, creativity and attention to every detail are required, on the other, the prestige of important environments, framed by a unique landscape. That’s why the historical Villa built by the Erba family at the end of the nineteenth century, in addition to being a splendid example of Italian mannerist architecture, is a place that can magically transform your most beautiful moments into an unforgettable multisensory experience.
Rich in stuccos, decorated with frescoes and embellished with finely carved wooden ceilings, the historical Villa has evocative and refined environments; immersed in a large centuries-old park, it overlooks the quiet panorama of Lake Como, a setting that is both magical and poetic. The great film director Luchino Visconti spent the summers of his youth here, subsequently drawing inspiration to set masterpieces such as “The Leopard”.
